  • Abstract Acceptance communicated by email: on or around February 20, 2018
  • Early bird registration: March 12, 2018
  • Room rate expiration: March 12, 2018

 

ABSTRACTS

The abstract submission deadline (January 10, 2018) is past for Oral Presentations and Poster Presentations. Abstracts are being reviewed and authors will be informed on or around February 20, 2018, whether or not their abstract has been accepted for presentation. Authors are asked to please quote the conference name and their unique reference number in any communication with the secretariat.

If accepted, the presenting author must be registered for the conference by Monday, March 12, 2018. If registration is not completed by this date, the abstract will be removed and will not be published.

If an abstract is to be withdrawn, notification must be sent to the Conference Secretariat, in writing and received on or before Monday, March 12, 2018. Important: Canceling your conference registration WILL NOT automatically withdraw your abstract.

Please be aware that the Abstract Committee reserves the right to select the final presentation format in order to meet the needs of conference planning.


Clinical Vignettes

The submission deadline (December 3, 2017) is past and decisions have since been communicated to each submitter.

Selected presenters will be involved in presenting and discussing their challenging/headscratching cases during the Clinical Vignettes session on Saturday, May 5, 2018.
